1. Standard 7-Day Material Returns
Unused, unopened material packages in original brand packaging (such as paints, bathroom fixtures, locks, or electrical switches) can be returned or exchanged within 7 business days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Bulk Materials
For chemical and perishable reasons, open cement bags, unpacked sand/bajri, or cut steel bars are strictly non-returnable once offloaded and signed for at the buyer's site.
3. Replacement & Refunds
If you receive wrong or defective supplies, report them within 24 hours via our 24/7 WhatsApp channel. Approved replacements are delivered free of charge within Bikaner city limits.
